IKEA owns more wind turbines than stores, now they’re blowing the world of sustainable retail on a different course. Ultimately they want to become ‘climate positive’. In other words, IKEA aims to remove more carbon from the atmosphere than it emits. We always knew they were shelf conscious .

Whatsmore, big businesses with big emissions aren't going away anytime soon so 'climate positive' steps from world leaders, like IKEA, suggests that sustainable business based on a circular model is possible and even profitable.
Last week we told you about IKEA’s solar power tool to help you understand the solar potential of your home. Another of their great initiatives is the ‘Sustainable life at home' range. They offer a huge range of items such as waste sorting systems for your home, water saving taps and recycled textiles for your lounge.
